Guest guest
I see many keep asking if certain supplements from Kirkman's are legal. Just call Kirkman's and ask, or go to their website. They have all the SCD-compliant supplements on a separate list. But if you call, you will be reassured that you have the latest information about their products. When we started the diet, and then realized that most of my daughter's supplements were non-compliant, I called and a customer service rep walked me through the list of what my daughter currently takes, and what their SCD-compliant substitute is, as well as what number of capsules would equal her customary liquid dose. We only went off one supplement, because there is no SCD-compliant version. The rep I spoke to even said, " Elaine believed that straight acidophilus was preferable to a mixed flora probiotic, " so she certainly knew her stuff concerning the diet and its founder. She even told me what new SCD products they were working on that should be available shortly. It was very reassuring.
