I large zucchini

1/4-1/2 cup almond flour

1 extra large egg

just didnt hold together, sort of browned blob of mush in oil. since i

had a huge bowl of batter, i put it in a greased square baking pan at 350

for 25 minutes and it came out wonderful. it taste almost exactly like

apple cinnamon oat meal but better. i love it and all 3 of my kids loved

it. ages 8-13.

oh and i made an absolutely awsome apple pie - we used broken cashew nuts

for filling. you could leave those out and the raisins if you want.
