Guest guest
The only legal ham I've ever found is non cured from a meat market. It's so yummy though but tastes more like a pork roast than traditional ham. I've seen some post that they have found salt cured hams with no sugar (one said they found it at SavALot foods) but I have yet to find one. I think you have to boil those for an hour or so to get the salt out before you bake. Robbie Re: Re: legal list I couldn't find the legal hams. Could you clarify, please. I find it difficult to weed through the list that includes both. I'd love to be able to print out a list of just legal foods to shop/cook by each week. It would not be possible to have a list beyond what Elaine included from pages 73 to 81 esition 10 of BTVC. Carol F.

Guest guest
One thing you could do is either photocopy the pages from BTVC that list the foods that are and are not allowed, then cut out the allowed foods and tape them to a new paper and photocopy that... Or you could print out the Legal/Illegal list from BTVC.info and just use a yellow highlighter to highlight the allowed foods. Guest guest
Hi Colleen, > > I looked on BTVC and Pecanbread sights to see if there is a LEGAL ONLY list of foods. Here is a list but there are some things missing like canned fish (in oil or water) and that turnip is " iffy " - depending on what stage you are at in your recovery. But you could use it as a base list with your own notes written to one side. http://www.scdiet.org/1about/scdwhatis.html Sheila
