-crackers with salad (avocado salad, tuna salad, salmon salad), and apple sauce

crackers could be bought ready made from digestivewellness.com

-bread sandwich (recipes for breads from Lucy's cookbook, or Grain free Gourmet)

Good Luck!

Hi everyone, I am very new to the SCD diet. I just returned from the

DAN conference, and hope to ease into it slowly. I am not able to jump

into this because I will not have my husband's support, so I am going

to slowly swap and substitute foods.

Can anyone please give me a short (or long) list of what they pack in

their children's school lunches. My 2 and 4 yr old go to preschhol

together, and thank god I can pack their lunch so I have control. Just

wondering what people put in school lunchs?

thanks

For lunch I pack a meat and 2 vegetables:

-chichen with zucchini and mushrooms

-hamburger with carrots and green beans

-spaguetti squash and sauteed onions with beef and tomato juice

-codfish with sauteed onions and peas

-pork or chicken with salad, tomatoes and butternut squash

Now in the winter I asked the teacher to microwave his food. Sometimes

I send soup. Dessert is typically nuts. Snack is green pudding or

celery and peanut butter.
