That;s the first I heard of that. Several accountants on this list have

suggested the tax deduction and my brother has his own accounting firm and

also told me a certain percentage of it would be tax deductible.

Once SCD becomes more public, we might convince them to have this option for

crohn's and colitis. And maybe in USA also. That would be great, since there

are so many expenses!

We had our accountant do it...sorry not more helpful. It was not much...but it

was worth it because everything adds up....

In the US doesn't the tax deduction get listed as an itemized deduction of

which you can only deduct any amount that is over 7.5% of your AGI? In other

words it is not a straight deduction from your wages?
