Before, I think that I wasn't digesting properly, and always felt bloated and not very hungry. Now that I'm digesting better, I'm eating more. Guest guest
Hi a, > Graham has never been a big eater, that is, until we started SCD. > Now I can't make enough " legal " food for him as we are dairy, egg, and > nut free and trying to be low phenol as well. When does the appetite > subside? My huge appetite (3 main meals, couple of mini meals and snacks)kept up until I gained back all the weight I lost. Once I was at the correct weight (for my height and build) my appetite leveled off and is now normal. If Graham is underweight the appetite may keep up until he normalizes. He'll may need extra food energy to facilitate his healing also. Sheila, SCD 57 mos, 21 yrs UC mom of , SCD 42 mos
