How long are you on the diet?

Have you been using the yogurt previously.

If you know how long the power was out you could ferment the yogurt

that much longer (if chilled you'll have to add time for it to come

up to temperature). It might be safer to toss the batch though.

Hi Kathy,

Once my son accidentally took a sip of his sister's cow's milk - his DAN doc

recommended Kirkman's DPP-IV Forte - it supports digestion when accidental

exposures to casein or gluten. I now have in on hand for any future

emergencies.
