Hey Guys:

So far for the 31st, we have Lori and I. Is there anyone else out there? I

wish we had a keeper of the list...is that do-able? How about everyone send

me the dates we now know of including this week and I'll put them together

and post as much as we know. I'll post a running list as I pick up the names

and dates. One of the other lists I'm on does that and it is helpful.

Duplicates posts are fine...let's find out who we now know of starting with

today!

I plan to be in Raleigh on the 29th, clinic on the 30th and surgery the

31st. I'm going to go by and see Janet. She says I can press her pump if I

give her a hug and that's a great deal! So, I'm gonna do just that. Anyone

else who will still be help captive at DRH on Monday or Tuesday that I can

visit?

If any of you will be in the hospital during those dates, please let me know

so I can send you my sister's phone number in case you need me to run to a

store and get you anything.

Hey , Clinic is the 30th...don't show up the wrong day! Monday is the

29th. I'm going to Raleigh that day and going on over to the hospital to

press Janet's pump that evening. She made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

Then Tues the 30th is clinic at 9 a.m., then more visiting anyone else still

in the hospital. Then I plan to have lots of time in which to obsess about

my surgery the next morning.

When are you coming? Are you flying or driving? What time is your clinic

appointment? Yes! We will meet for sure...I'm hoping we can set up a real

hen party (with roosters invited if any are scheduled or if Steve is

around).

Sandy, I put you down on the calendar. So then I can visit you on May 29th

in the hospital. There are a few of us who plan to make the rounds and visit

anyone feeling up to it so I'll add you to our list. You can throw us out if

you're not feeling up to it. LOL...btw..my sister's number is .

You can catch me there if you need anything from the store, etc. on my way

up.

Steve, don't know the name of the neighborhood but it's Stonehurst Road not

far off Trinity Road. Before that they lived in Swift Creek and before that

in Quail Hollow or some such.

He retired from IBM, she just retired from SAS. V knows my sister

well. We discovered this when my sister came to visit and I read her 's

post about taking the staples out. She said...Hey, I know a with three

boys whose husband is Tony...and it went from there. They know each other

well and have dieted together. Small world Steve.

My mother and I will be driving in on the 29th, checking in at Duke Towers.

We will be at clinic bright and early 9 am the next day, so we will meet for

sure! By the way, I'm , it that makes it easier to find me. My

Mom is . She's talked to you before, she said you and she had a

lot in common, and she loves your sense of humor! Of course, as we all do!!!

Can't wait to meet ya!

This is Sandy from VA and I do have a definite surgery date!! May 29th.

I will be at the clinic on May 23rd at 9:00 am, and come home. Then return

on 5/24 for surgery the next day. Excited and scared!!
