Guest guest
Hi Rhonda, >Does anyone have an eggless mayonnaise recipe? I couldn't find one on the website. Thanks. I haven't tried this but it looks pretty good. http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/avomayo.html I have whipped mayo with ripe avocado to make a very creamy guacamole - my kids love it becuase it is very smooth and I leave out the salsa when I make it for them. You may be able to add more oil than the recipe calls for. The avocado maybe a bit much for if she is still having a lot of symtoms. Guest guest
Eggless Mayo: 1/2c blanched almonds (you could probably use almond flour) 1/3 c water 1 Tbl lemon juice or more to taste 1/2 tsp prepared mustard 1 clove garlic, minced salt, to taste fresh herbs (optional) 3/4c grapeseed oil (or any other mild legal oil) In a blender, blend almonds and water to a smooth paste. Add lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt and herbs. With blender running, very slowly drizzle oil in and blend till it is slightly thickened. Enjoy, Monika
