Duke Towers-today @ clinic

I went by the Tower apartments today to check out if the pool is

opened. It looked opened and ready to go. Also if you have children

coming with you,there is a GREAT Science and Life Museum with 2 great

extra exhibits showing. One on BUGS....and the Butterflies. I loved

it and so did my children ages 5-13. Its off of Duke street going

from the Towers its after highway 85 Make a right on Murray Street.

Follow brown signs. ( 2 miles).........Its a whole day event with a

wonderful playground, refreshments so just in case you need to get

out, I recommend it! Theres lots of benches out side and its all

enclosed.

I want to say that I was so glad to have put faces to names!

Barbie wanna be is a trip!!!! We took a pre op pic together. Dee

Dee's surgery is tomorrow and there were a few others from the list

we all chatted as if we knew each other for years. I live 40 minutes

from Durham and this was my second clinic. Each time I meet with Dr.

R I stand in awe. He is amazing! He is doing 95 surgeries this month.

He is leaving June 8 and will return July 14th.This is what Debbie

said.

Thanks for the information Lori! I hope it will be nice and warm there next

week. The Science museum sounds great! We'll definitely take a trip over

there. I really appreciate this information, and if anyone else wants to

share fun things to do with kids in Durham, that would be helpful too!
