Just a little up date on how I am doing. I am approaching the four month and

will start losing my hair soon. God, I hope I keep most of it . I have

lost a total of 54 lbs and down to a size 18 20 dress. Keep up the good work

Thanks for the update! Sounds like you are doing great! Do you have tons of

energy now as compated to before? Mine is finally starting to come back

after being sick for two weeks.

I can't imagine fitting into a size 18 again! How exciting! I'm jumping for

joy that I'm almost in a 24!

This news is so exciting. I'm hoping to take my kids to Disney World in

November or December, and I'd love to be close to 200 by then. What do you

think is the key to your success so far? How long did you stay on liquids?

How much do you exercise? What else has been really helpful to you?
