Guest guest
Carol, Thank you so much for your reply. I have a few more questions: 1. If nut milk and fresh home made apple juice (processed with skin on) is acceptable on later on, after intro diet, what could I let my daughter drink besides water? She doesn't like water. 2. Where could I get dry curd cottage cheese? 3. I have the Jack Lalanne's power juicer which can process apple juice with skin on. Is apple skin ok for the diet? Is it phenol? Does the juicer separate the skins. My Omega 8002 does that. if not someone else should answer that question. Personally if unsure, I would peel the apples. >

It should be diluted at least half water, half juice like *all* juices. > 3. I have the Jack Lalanne's power juicer which can process apple > > juice with skin on. Is apple skin ok for the diet? Yes, the peels are phenolic, so peeling before juicing will reduce your phenol load. Guest guest
Thank you so much for your help. I think I will give her diluted apple juice (home made), juiced without the skin.
