This is SCD

GFCF protocols are not applicable

Whole Foods bulk almonds are suitable for SCD. Costco's signature Kirkland

Almonds are

also fine as are fresh almonds from reliable health food stores.

Hmmm... I'm confused. SCD is gluten free, right? So if the almonds

are not gluten free, is it still acceptable? I think the almonds in

whole foods and that in costco are both processed in facility that

process wheat.

Thanks.

Depending on where you are here are some sources for almond flour:

(scroll down to the Nut flour section)

If you aren't in the U.S. let us know and we can make some other

suggestions.

I grind nut flour in my food processor. If you use a blender you can

only do smaller amounts at a time. Elaine suggested to grind your

own first before buying large quantities.
