Hi Deena,

GIRL finish your packet asap! You need to send it quick!FED EX....or

you will not get a date for surgery. In the packet you need 2 things

with in 30 days of op, the EKG and blood work along with all the

other requests of letters etc...... My surgery date has changed 2x's

so each time I ve called my Ins. Co. to change it.They seemed ok with

the dates changing but heres a company who was so helpful and

delightful to deal with ............... Debbie has a sticky to call

my Ins. Co. but, she is soooo busy I ve done it for her they didnt

seem to mind.. So When and if you talk and email Debbie ask her what

date is still open before he leaves for Vacation I think its june

8th,ish....
