Hello! I have sent out about 35 patient contact letters in the past 2 weeks

and only received 8 back. " Thank you " to those who responded. I need 2 more

though. I am going to try and send my packet in Friday. I would like to get

surgery before Dr. R leaves for his conferences. Please help me out!! ; o )

It would be greatly appreciated.

I have a couple of questions too. How long does it take for Dr. R's approval

for a surgery date? Do you need to send c-section records from births in with

the packet too?
