Can you help me, then? I've tried this recipe twice and neither time

have the lollipops solidified (become hard). This time, they at least

stayed in place (last time, they just slid around into one big mass),

but they aren't hard candy at all and we have to eat them with a spoon.

Got any tips?

Also, the candy with the butter in it that's supposed to go in the

freezer and then be broken up didn't freeze hard either. What am I

doing wrong? I'm using a candy thermometer that is accurate.
