My preschool allows me to bring in special food for my son with a doctor's note,

as long as it is only for him. They don't allow any sharing, and to be honest,

discourage outside food. For me, a doctor's note was mandatory. A smaller or

home-based setting might be more lenient that a bigger preschool.
