Guest guest
I am posting this on the post op page because I need help from some one who " has been there " . I am in the process of appealing my denial from Healthsource (Cigna). The appeals committee is meeting on June 1st in Raleigh. I have the option to attend or I can phone conference in. Do those of you who won on appeal know if makes a difference if you show up in person or not? I live three hrs away but if it will make a difference I will be there. Also is there any key info you can share that could get this overturned. I have my PCP letter to the insurance co. Dr. R. letter and alot of info concerning ADA stands on obesity. Am I missing anything. As always your insight and input is appreciated. Thanks, in Denver, NC. I've been working on this since 2/19. --- End forwarded message ---
