Tip for Making Thick Goat Yogurt

Hi Everyone

Just wanted to pass along a little cooking tip I have found out. I

make the yogurt in a Salton yogurt maker. I used to place it on top

of the stove for the 24 hours and the yogurt came out runny all the

time. Last week I placed it on top of a wooden cutting board and the

yogurt came out nice and thick. I tried it several times and it's

worked every time.

I'd be interested in hearing if this worked for anyone else. I also

tried the slow-cooker method and it didn't work for me.
