Guest guest
Eileen, I guess I would just call to verify that the ones sold in the deli don't have carrageenan in them. Also, when you have lunch meat sliced on store slicers, you run the risk of contamination from whatever was sliced on them before your order. So, if you can determine that the deli meats do not have illegals in them, then I guess I would find out when the meat slicers are cleaned and I would be there at that time and have the meat sliced immediately before anyone else can order something. Guest guest
Hi Eileen, In addition to what Jody wrote you'd also want to make sure that they use pure filtered honey as an ingredient. Sometimes producers sell honey that is cut with corn syrup etc. as honey. Also sometimes pure honey is not filtered and still retains a lot of the pollen which is hard on injured guts. So see that it is 100%, Pure filtered honey. Sheila, SCD 55 mos, 21 yrs UC mom of , SCD 40 mos > the Smoked Chicken > ingredients are chicken breast, honey, water, & salt.
