Guest guest
I have a feeling that I totally missed the boat on yogurt. I just made my first batch, and went ahead and ate 2 cups of it last night, and another cup this morning. From the last few posts on yogurt, I'm guessing that that was a big no-no. So far, I haven't had any negative reactions to it. Does this mean that I'm in better shape than I thought? Are we supposed to see any big changes with the yogurt?
