I've read all of Dr. R's stuff, but I can't find independent

substantiation. Dr.R produced these figures and I was looking for

something a bit more unbiased to back up Dr. R's claims. I guess I

won't find it since MGB is so new and unpublished.

But I was a little concerned that BillRoth II was not choice of

weight loss surgeons. If you look real close at the doctor's

research

on Billroth II it does not say that it is the most frequently chosen

surgery for WLS only that it is chosen more times for gastric

surgery, of which there are many. Also, nowhere on the ASBS web page

do they ever talk about Billroth II. Anyway I will continue to seek

information.
