Yogurt and Stool Color

I resumed goat yogurt yesterday and noticed my stools werevery light. They are

usually

dar. Is their a relationship between yogurt and stool color?

Had it been a long time? Did you start with a lot at once?

It jas been some time amd no pale stools during that time. i started with a

teaspoon but

by the next day had at least one cup and it gives me a tiny reaction but nothing

major. I

was using cow before but have switched to dripped goat. It sure is delcious with

little

honey added!
