Ricotta cheese is not legal. Call a few local dairies and you will likely find

it.

Try Farmer's Cheese. In Toronto the company that makes the DCCC calls the one

with 4%

butter fat " Baker;'s Cheese

If your daughter was CF prior to SCD,then you should wait a while

before introducing dairy. DCCC is made from cow cheese and not

required for SCD.

If your child has ASD,then we recommend goat products instead. Wait

about a month before introducing the goat yogurt. Longer if your

child has a severe allergy to dairy.
