Guest guest
Glutafin " bourbon " biscuits are sandwich cookies that are really good. They are not like oreos, more like a lighter version of Keebler fudge sandwich cookies - they have nothing to do with bourbon liquor. They are gluten, egg, and milk free. They do have corn and soy though if that's a problem. My son really likes them and he's still very opposed to admitting he likes anything without gluten. I think Miss Roben's has them, but I don't have the catalog handy. HTH, Cookies > I am on the hunt for some good premade cookies(something like oreos > or sandwich cookies) for my son. Guest guest
I recently looked in the Kosher section for macaroons, and Streits had no " cake flour " added, although my son will not touch them. the manischewitz did, in all their macaroons. Guest guest
Hi, I decided to try giving iel dairy products again and was making pizza and cookies. He started to babble more and even began to stare off into space so I had to stop. Now I am making the cookies with coconut oil rather than butter, however the cookies crumble. Could anyone give me a suggestion. The recipe is off a different site than pecan bread. Mom to iel, ASD, SCD 1 year
Guest guest
Ghee is a good substitute for butter. It is a dairy product, but is 100% fat, no protein (casein) left. By comparison, butter is 99% fat, and 1% casein. My son does fine with ghee. We use Purity Farms, and get it at our health food store. a H. Guest guest
I make cookies with coconut oil. They come out soft and hold together very well: Almond Cookies 1 1/2 cup almond flour 1 egg 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted but not hot 1/4 teaspoon baking soda dash salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or 1/2 tsp almond extract, or 1/2 tsp anise extract) Drop by teaspoons onto parchment paper covered sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake 8-10 min at 350F. Jane and Luke, SCD 1 month > > > > > > > >> Hi, I decided to try giving iel dairy products again and was > >> making pizza and cookies.
