Guest guest
Hi Everyone, My question is more for the post-ops than pre-ops, but any suggestions will be appreciated. My sister Kim who had her MGB done Fri. is having a problem with nausea, she had none from time of her surgery until today and her husband (bless his heart) is worried about her. He said she has laid down most of today other than to go to the bathroom and get up a few times for a few minutes. Could she be having a mild version of the dumping syndrome? I think all she has had for the past two days is juices, yogurt and her medicines. Do you think maybe the sweet of the juice and yogurt are getting to her? or maybe she needs to water down the juices? He said she was not throwing up or anything like that, he just wants to help her and since she had no nausea at the hospital to see what they did for it, he's at a loss. Any help and tips would be so very much appreciated!!!!
