Guest guest
VSL#3 Ingredients: Lactic acid bacteria, maltose, natural flavorings, and silicon dioxide. The natural flavor is always suspect because anything that is not artificial could be a natural flavoring. It also doesn't list what strains of bacteria are in the product. It would not be listed on the list of legal supplements until those two issues could be straightened out. As always the use of supplements is up to the discretion of the individual. I would not introduce more than one new thing at a time so that any problems can be pinpointed easily. I have no idea whether this product works and I am not officially endorsing the use of it. Perhaps it works, perhaps it doesn't. I don't know. I did see that to take just one dose per day, it will cost about $75 per month. I don't know/didn't see the recommended dosage. So many are not because they contain illegal substances. This appears to be an extremely costly item and it would be a shame if it did harm. Carol F.
