Scroll down to The Stages food list about when to add. This is a guideline, not

an official

protocol.

Here are some links for getting started on the diet:

http://www.scdiet.org/1about/scdwhatis.html

http://pecanbread.com/foodprep.html#transition

http://pecanbread.com/foodprep.html#intro

We generally recommend that people do the intro for 2-5 days(4-5 for

diarrhea, 2-3 for everything else) and then gradually add in foods

watching for reactions. If and when you are ready to start 24 hour

goat yogurt you should start small because it is powerful stuff and

cause die off reactions about 1/8-1/4 tsp.

When ready to start with nuts pecans or blanched almonds are the ones

generally tolerated best. Nut butter or nut flour are the easiest to

digest.
