Guest guest
Ella came back with a Milk allergy of 1.7 in a range of .7 to 3.5 She is not allergic to Casein, Cheddar Cheese, or Mold Cheese on this RAST test. She has been off dairy for 13 days now and formed excellent stools being formed throughout. What would be better to try to re-institute yogurt again 1. 1/2 and 1/2 with more fat then lactose? 2. Goats milk? 3. Almond Milk? Thanks for any help.
Guest guest
I am confused. What part of the milk is she allergic to then? The lactose? I'd probably try the goat's milk yogurt since it's unlikely that she's had goat's products in the past. And dairy yogurt is more effective than non-dairy yogurt. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/

There was another test for Casein a protein found in Milk of course. And she was not allergic to Casein. I've read that it is the Whey that is the other part of Milk.
