After five years of SCD and being able to try one or two restricted foods once in a while, I no longer like 98% of them. SCD food tastes more pure and flavorful. It makes it easy to shop for the right ingredients. It keeps my weight stable. It keeps my head clear and it assures me that I am making nutritious food choices. Carol F.
