Zuchinni, walnuts and green apples are high in phenols. Red Delicous peeled

would be a better substitute for the green apple and pecans would be a good

substitute for walnuts. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. I was using green apple because I thought it was

better for preventing yeast.

Green apples are hard to digest if you don't have a sickness. They are not good

for SCD.

What about apple *sauce* made from Granny s? Easy enough to

digest?

Granny isnot thesame as an unripe apple. You can use Granny apples

to

make the applesauce. So you meant green colored apples not unripened apples.
