I appreciate your response. I also appreciate your honesty. This is

the only way that things get fixed and made better. I remember Tim

saying something about hiring some 'extra college hands' to answer

phones and help send out books. I remember Geoffrey telling Tim that

he should not do that. He said that he wanted Tim to handle

everything personally. I am glad you told me this. I would like your

permission to send your last email to Tim. Thanks again.

Please do let Tim know about the problem. I received a few private

emails from others on the board who had similar problems and wanted to know

how I had actually gotten my book. I'm sure they would appreciate Tim

knowing it was more than one person having problems and that apparently they

are continuing.

Again I do apoligize for writing in my typical shorthand earlier and

confusing and upsetting you. I tend to type more slowly than I think and

what frequently appears clear as glass to me is mud to others.

Hang in there yourself, things will get easier? (I remember my mother

telling me that on numerous occasions).
