Guest guest
Dear , My appoligies for the misunderstanding but, after rereading my email, I see how you could have misinterprited what I said. Let me reitterate - I received a PROMPT email from your web site about the shipping problems with an email address and a phone number for Tim. It is Tim that does not respond to emails (and I sent a few of them) that appear to have been ignored by Tim, not you or your husband. I thought that was clear in my post. I encourage you to go back and reread my response to the person complaining about not receiving their book. It's obvious to me that I am complaining about your shipper and not you. If I didn't make it abundantly clear on that point, I do apoligize. In my case the shipper was lacidasical at best and when I fginally got tired of waiting on an email answer and called they were a bit rude. Although the young lady (after a couple of call on my part) told me the records were showing that they shipped me a book the UPS records show nothing was sent to me. So, she would send " ANOTHER " book (and she emphasised the word another) to me. I was annoyed by the wait and the ignoring my emails then the need to make a couple of calls to get something done and then to have that accusatory tone about shipping me ANOTHER book just capped it off. But my annoyance is at the shipper. To anyone who is waiting on their book let me post it once and for all the problem is not and never has been Dr Nase (or his wife) it is the shipper. I don't remember his email or phone number but as I said Dr Nases web site will answer you with that info (very promptly too I might add) and you will have to track it with the shipper from there. Guest guest
Hang in there! There are more that are for you than there are that are against you. I feel bad that you have to go through so much right now. I am praying for your family. I thank God that you have a husband that has given so much to this cause. And I'm sure he thanks you for your sacrifice of time on his behalf. One thing I have noticed for sure since developing rosacea and joining this group - people tend to get very self focused. Yes they want to share their insight with others, but they also get stuck on this thing and begin to feel sorry for themselves. I hope people will read your message and realize the enormity of your jobs! I wouldn't be a doctor in a million years. Go spend some time in a candle lit bubble bath! You deserve it. -- In rosacea-support@y..., drnase1@y... wrote: > Dear Woody 1046, > > I would like to take a second to respond to your rude comments – > especially after all the effort that my husband has given to > researching, editing, developing and self-publishing his magnificent > book.
