I thought she did say she had put a whole writeup on her website about the using of chestnuts as a flour. She was doing a question and answer time and someone asked the same question. Maybe someone else knows about that. If you need to know about chestnuts, they are legal and come from a tree: May be tried when symptom free. However, if you buy dried chestnuts, soak them and cook them until soft.
