Hi Blair,

I'm a pre-op hopeful also. I live in Lenoir, NC about 70 miles from

Ashville. I'm married, 44 yrs. old, I have a 27 yr. old daughter, a 20 yr.

old son, and 3 grandchildren age 9yrs, 5 yrs, and 3 weeks old. Just wanted to
