I've found I have to look at both the sugar and fat grams because I seem to dump on too much of both! Tried one of the Dairy Queen fruit smoothies (Berry/Cherry) today. They have less ice cream than the Misty Freezes. It tasted really yummy, like eating black cherry ice cream. I think I may have had a bit too much though because my tummy is a bit uncomfortable (not sick per se, just uncomfortable). While there I checked out their pop bars (Dilly Bars??). The Vanilla/Orange (like a creamcicle) has no fat and only 2 grams of sugar. Might try that next time! {{HUGS}} Claire Redhead in FL MGB 4/10/00 Dr. Rutledge (http:/clos.net) " He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it until the day of Christ Jesus. I loved the Edy's 100% lemon pops so much that I tried the Tangerine one's...yes I just looked at the grams of sugar and not the ingredients.I had a miny dump on the tangerine one's.......THEN I read. The tangerine ones had corn syrup in it and the lemon didn't.Lesson #2,679 learned.Thought I'd share. > Osler > mgb 2/21/00 > 44 lbs.gone! > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Best friends, most artistic, class clown Find 'em here: > http://click.egroups.com/1/4054/2/_/453517/_/958331324/ > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > This message is from the Mini-Gastric Bypass Mailing List at Onelist.com > Please visit our web site at http://clos.net > Get the Patient Manual at http://clos.net/get_patient_manual.htm > > >
