Very good point! I've found I have to look at both the sugar and fat grams

because I seem to dump on too much of both!

Tried one of the Dairy Queen fruit smoothies (Berry/Cherry) today. They have

less ice cream than the Misty Freezes. It tasted really yummy, like eating

black cherry ice cream. I think I may have had a bit too much though because

my tummy is a bit uncomfortable (not sick per se, just uncomfortable).

While there I checked out their pop bars (Dilly Bars??). The Vanilla/Orange

(like a creamcicle) has no fat and only 2 grams of sugar. Might try that

next time!
