Guest guest
My son's BM's have been " greasy " & " grainy " for the last week or so. The grease is orangish. (he uses a potty chair, so luckily I get a good look at the specimin:) Is this normal and what causes the grease? Amy, Ben's mom-Autism, SCD 11 days __________________________________________ Yahoo! Guest guest
Hi Sheila- A little more fat than usual. About the same as usual on the veggies. I am assuming he is just adjusting to the change. I want to get a follow up stool analysis down the road to see if the diet has helped. Do you think 3-4 months is long enough to see if inflamation, yeast, etc. has gotten any better? It could be the change, but you also don't want too much fat at the beginning of the diet - that is why meat is boiled, broiled etc. on the intro to reduce fat and be easier to digest.
