Guest guest
I'm sure this will gross some of you out! I am breastfeeding my daughter. Can I use breastmilk to make yogurt for my 3 yr old son?! I haven't started the goat milk search yet and thought this could work. It would probably help if you are also doing the diet since some things will pass into the milk - for example: if you eat baked beans it can cause your baby to be gassy. You'd also have to use a yogurt starter with the correct bacterial strains. http://pecanbread.com/goatyogurt.html#start Sheila
