I've been eating Italian Ice. That comes in different flavors. It works for

me.

I got it in the Hospital so I assume it alright to eat.

I found a plastic mold at the Dollar Store in which you can make your

own popsicles. You can probably find them anywhere, especially since

summer is on the way. I have used it for all the juices Dr. R.

recommends (some I water down), but I also used it with chocolate

Fast and had it as a fudgesicle. It's a lot cheaper this way, and I

really feel like I'm having a treat. Also, I have been having a real

problem with thirst, so sometimes I just make a " popsicle " out of

water and that helps a lot.
