Here is another way to make a sort of " Rosti " similar to hash browns. Peel and

grate a

zucchini. Squeeze out the excess liguid. Combine with an egg and 1/4 cup of

almond flour

and a teaspoon of grated onion. Season with slat and pepper and drop batter into

an oiled

pan. Turn when it gets brown and you can then mash and brown it more if you

wish.
