We are new > to this and learning as much as possible as quickly as possible. Here is another way to make a sort of " Rosti " similar to hash browns. Peel and grate a zucchini. Squeeze out the excess liguid. Combine with an egg and 1/4 cup of almond flour and a teaspoon of grated onion. Season with slat and pepper and drop batter into an oiled pan.
