Thank you Carol. That's probably what I'll do, print them out. Half the time

one of the kids or dh is on the computer, and it is downstairs, kitchen

upstairs. And, for some reason, I like having a hard copy to browse through.

I'm putting the cookbooks on my Christmas wish list, hoping a family member

will be generous :-).

surprising how good wholesome recipes come out even with only a few

ingredients. Example; Peanut Butter brownies, a real SCD favorite. Your idea

of printing out recipes will work just fine. What I do is just click on them

in my Mac, enlarge and refer to right from from my computer monitor as it is

in the kitchen.

At cooking classes we print out one or two to a page and punch in three

holes. We give all our students a nice binder to keep them in.
