Guest guest
Thank you Carol. That's probably what I'll do, print them out. Half the time one of the kids or dh is on the computer, and it is downstairs, kitchen upstairs. And, for some reason, I like having a hard copy to browse through. I'm putting the cookbooks on my Christmas wish list, hoping a family member will be generous :-). Take care. And the ones on our own Pecanbread site are easy and delicious. It is surprising how good wholesome recipes come out even with only a few ingredients. Example; Peanut Butter brownies, a real SCD favorite. Your idea of printing out recipes will work just fine. What I do is just click on them in my Mac, enlarge and refer to right from from my computer monitor as it is in the kitchen. At cooking classes we print out one or two to a page and punch in three holes. We give all our students a nice binder to keep them in. Carol F. SCD 5 years, celiac Carol F.
