Guest guest
Hi, my son had been on SCD since late September. Prior to the diet he sufferred diarrhea (almost since the day he was born), and had bad digestion (with lots of undigested bits of food in stool), yellow/orangey coloured stools, and wasn't absorbing food properly. SCD has helped enormously but we have had another problem 'popping up' about a month into the diet: his stool now often consists of small dark pellets. The problem seems to be worst in the morning, as his afternoon/evening stool is usually ok. I have since heard that this is called spastic colon and is a form of constipation, which I find puzzling as he has bm every day, usually two or three times a day. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
