This list is a general guide but you will have to judge what is

tolerated by 's reactions to newly re-introduced foods.

Increased appetite is very common for those starting the diet. It

is a good sign that indicates his body is switching it's type of

digestion (no more complex carbs) and he is burning more calories in

healing his body.

When I started the diet my appetite was huge and I was always

hungry - when my weight beacame normal my appetite returned to

normal.
