Guest guest Posted May 18, 2000 Report Share Posted May 18, 2000 Yes, I believe they want to know if you have an HMO, PPO, POS, etc. If you must contact a Primary Care Physician (PCP) first before getting a referral to Dr R, you have an HMO.
