Bananas, very ripe with brwen spots are legal

Certain beans are used much later and require presoaking

Sweer potatoes and yams are not legal

Nothing should be started until spending 3-5 days on the intro diet.

Sweet potatos are not legal, and only certain kinds of beans, prepared in a

certain kind of way, are legal. Until you get your book, you can check

whether or not certain foods are legal by going to the

www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info website and clicking on the " Legal List " .
