In regards to Applegate Farms' sliced lunch meats.

All of them except the roast beef have either carrrageenan (illegal),

evaporated cane juice (illegal) or " spices " (which means you'd have to trace

the spices back to their source to find whether they were legal).

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the Applegate sliced turkey and

chicken are not suitable for SCD.
