Guest guest
all I know is that before surgery I craved sweets like mad. I use to eat a whole can of chocolate frosting!!!! Now I don't crave any at all!!! I just like to eat the sweet corn and vegetables!!! It is amazing. Also I can't tolerate greasy foods at all. I do use real butter on my baked potatoes, but I use the fat free sour cream and the fat free cream cheese on crackers. I've lost 67 lbs so far!!!! I can only eat a few bites before I am full... lots of left overs. I also found buffalo wings to be ok too but 2 is my limit. Guest guest
No problems with Mexican here! As a matter of fact, it and steak seem to be the easiest for me to digest.
