I emailed Debbie Thur. evening to ask if the patient info I emailed on 5/2/00

had come through. Barbara emailed me back and said yes that they had already

sent it out to my Ins. Co. for approval so now I guess I just wait.

Hi Genz,

I emailed Debbie on Thur. to find out if they had even received

my patient info as I had heard nothing, Barbara emailed me back yesterday

morning and said yes they had received it and had already sent info out to

Ins. Co. didn't say anything about mailing me anything. Kim said they never

mailed her anything just all of a sudden one day had an email pop up ( from

Dr. R's office) telling her she had been approved and did she still want the

surgery. The lady who had the surgery before Kim came to see her today before

she (Kim) was released, she was getting out to so she evidentially is fine

and it tickled Kim that someone who had it done to came to visit her. I'm not

sure who she was, but Kim said she wasn't on the Internet so I wouldn't know

her.
