Guest guest Posted December 17, 2005 Report Share Posted December 17, 2005 I believe you are suppose to let it set for 6 better 8 hours after the 24 hr. yogurt making process. I do. Then, I drip it. It comes out much creamier I believe when you let it set this way. Even the goat yogurt can be very creamy. I hope this helps. Jenn & Kali 7 months scd----- Original I drip yogurt until it is the desired thickness, an hour or so for creamy texture, 4-6 if I want cream cheese. Carol F.
